My name is Pedro Carvalho Ferreira, and I’m a Junior VFX Compositor focused on clean compositing, realistic CG integration, and final shot polish. I primarily work in Nuke, using organized and production ready workflows, with strong attention to detail throughout the compositing process.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics from FUMEC University and completed professional training in Compositing and Advanced Compositing at Rebelway, where I developed a solid understanding of industry-standard VFX pipelines, including ACES-based color management, shot continuity, and high-quality visual integration.
My compositing work is currently centered on studies and personal projects, where I focus on keying, roto, paint and cleanup, CG integration, and final compositing, always aiming for believable and well-integrated visual results.
Alongside my VFX path, I have professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and videomaking for corporate and promotional content, working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. This background gives me a broader understanding of the audiovisual pipeline, from on-set production decisions to post-production and final delivery.
I’ve been pursuing VFX and compositing since my early teens, building my skills through a long-term, structured learning path supported by formal education and hands-on projects. I’m based in Brazil and open to remote and international opportunities, currently seeking junior positions, internships, or freelance roles in VFX and post-production studios.
